These terms govern your use of the DOSED distributor portal and your participation in the DOSED distributor program. By creating an account or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Distributor relationship

You are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent or franchisee of DOSED. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses and compliance with local law.

2. Territory

Territory assignments are non-exclusive of the brand but exclusive of other distributors. DOSED reserves the right to revoke or reassign territories for inactivity or breach of these terms.

3. Earnings

Earnings depend on your own effort and execution. We make no income guarantees. Real distributor numbers are published transparently on the Success Stories page for context, not as promises.

4. Code of conduct

No spam, no false claims, no misuse of the DOSED brand. Violations result in account suspension or termination.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
